On the morning of March 22, the Graduation Forum for the 2024 Postgraduate Cohort of the School of Management was held in Conference Room 212 of the School. Zhang Shuang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Management; Che Ada, Dean; Wang Haixiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Zhang Yali, Xue Jianwu, Hong Zhaofu and Chang Yu, Deans of various departments; Gong Mijia, Yuan Yuan and Gong Xue, postgraduate counselors; Niu Jiale, postgraduate teaching secretary; and 10 postgraduate representatives gathered together to witness growth and achievements through the forum. The forum was presided over by Wang Haixiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

At the forum, Zhang Shuang read out the Decision on the Appointment of Alumni Liaisons for the 2024 Master's Graduates of the School of Management. Zhang Shuang and Che Ada jointly presented appointment letters and graduation souvenirs to the four alumni liaisons.

Lei Jieyu, a doctoral graduate, and Liu Caihong, a master's graduate, as graduate representatives, summarized their personal growth respectively and put forward opinions and suggestions on the future development of the School. Subsequently, 10 graduate representatives from various majors spoke their minds freely, summing up their insights and gains during their studies at the university, and expressing deep gratitude to their alma mater and teachers, reluctance to part with classmates and friends, and expectations for their own future development. In addition, the graduate representatives also put forward constructive suggestions on the School's cultural development, improvement of hardware facilities, student development planning, and care for student growth. The participants carefully recorded the opinions and suggestions of the graduates, responded to some issues in a timely manner, and extended sincere blessings to the graduates one after another.

Che Ada made a concluding speech. He extended the warmest congratulations and sincerest blessings to the soon-to-graduate students, and put forward three hopes: First, he hoped that the students would continue to carry forward the fine traditions of the university in their work positions, give play to their professional skills and knowledge, "do things correctly with earnestness and well with dedication", and make positive contributions to the development of the country and society. Second, he hoped that the students would continue to pay attention to the development of the university and the School, and provide whatever help and support they could for the development of the School. Third, he hoped that the students would never forget their original aspirations, not lose their way, always maintain enthusiasm for learning and the spirit of forging ahead, continuously improve their comprehensive quality, and lay a solid foundation for personal growth and development.

The 2024 graduates are about to leave their alma mater, set sail, and embark on a new stage of life. We wish all graduates water their dreams with time and sweat, reap hope with patience and perseverance, and make greater contributions to the construction of a strong country and the great rejuvenation of the nation on their future life journey!
