The logo is inspired by the seal script character "guan", combined with English, inheriting the essence of Chinese cultural "management studies" while reflecting openness and inclusiveness in line with international standards. The color is inherited from 'Xigong Blue', highlighting the grand and stable characteristics of the college. The shape is a traditional Chinese "clock", representing the importance of "time management" in management studies, as well as the sense of stability and balance of "as steady as a clock". The "bamboo" above the character "guan" represents two "people" working hand in hand, symbolizing "unity and inclusiveness" and expressing the management philosophy of "people-oriented". The word 'official' below cleverly incorporates the abbreviation NPU of Northwestern Polytechnical University.
