On the afternoon of September 25, the employment negotiation meeting between the School of Management, Northwestern Polytechnical University and ZTE Corporation was successfully held. Wang Xun, General Manager of Supply Chain Component Procurement Department of ZTE, Li Hao, Recruitment Director of Human Resources Department for Northwest China, Li Han, Director of Supply Chain BU, Wang Haixiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Management, Bai Jie, Employment Supervisor, Zhang Lin, Graduate Counselor, and more than ten postgraduates attended the event.

On behalf of the school, Wang Haixiao welcomed the visit of General Manager Wang Xun and his delegation, and thanked ZTE for its long-term strong support for the school's employment work and high recognition of its graduates. He stated that university-enterprise cooperation is an important way to promote high-quality employment for students, and hoped that both sides could further deepen cooperation in talent training, internship and practice, co-construction of courses and other aspects to achieve win-win development.

Wang Xun introduced the rapid development of ZTE in recent years in supply chain management, digital transformation, AI technology application and other fields, and emphasized the enterprise's high attention to innovative talents. He said that ZTE has always regarded university-enterprise cooperation as a long-term strategy, hoping to strengthen in-depth linkage with universities through various forms such as co-constructing courses, inviting experts into classrooms, student internships and joint research on projects, so as to jointly cultivate high-quality talents meeting the development needs of the industry.

The two sides also conducted in-depth exchanges on the school's talent training, enterprise recruitment needs and talent growth paths, intern training and development support, and forms of university-enterprise cooperation, and reached preliminary intentions. The participating students actively asked questions about job requirements, interview processes and other issues, and the enterprise representatives responded and answered them respectively, with a warm atmosphere at the scene.
