First, Zhang Shuang led the students in reviewing the university’s development history of integrating three strong origins. She introduced a series of major contributions and breakthrough achievements made by NPU in the three aviation, aerospace and navigation fields, and deeply interpreted NPU’s lofty mission of "Rooting in the West, Forging Strategic Weapons for the Country". Combined with the university’s long‑term goal of "A Global NPU, World‑Class in Three Aviation, Aerospace and Navigation Fields", she encouraged all graduates to "set great ambitions, stand on big stages, join main battlefields, and undertake great causes", integrate personal ideals into national strategic needs, and practice the NPU spirit in the new era.

Then, drawing on her own experience of studying and working at NPU, Zhang Shuang reviewed with the graduates the leapfrog development of the School of Management from its founding to becoming a Grade A discipline recognized by the Ministry of Education, and introduced the school’s vision, mission and development achievements in recent years. Based on the school’s talent training outcomes and the current employment situation of the Class of 2025 master’s graduates, she also thoroughly analyzed the new opportunities and challenges faced by graduates under the new situation, enabling students to gain a clearer understanding of their future career development.

Finally, Zhang Shuang sent her best wishes to the graduates with three key words: Vision, Bottom Line, and Warmth: grasp the pulse of the times with an open vision, uphold professional ethics with a firm bottom line, and repay family and society with sincere warmth. She stated that the School of Management will always be a warm home for graduates, and no matter where they go in the future, they are always welcome to come back. She hoped that the students would carry forward the school’s fine traditions and work styles, be outstanding young people in the new era, dare to explore and innovate, and shine in their respective fields.

After the lecture, Wang Haixiao announced the list of outstanding graduates of the Class of 2025, and Zhang Shuang presented honorary certificates to the awardees.
