Technological innovation management

Focusing on technology management and decision-making at the enterprise, regional, and industrial levels, this research aims to uncover the inherent laws in enterprise technology economy and management. It primarily explores innovation models and innovation networks, knowledge management and ambidextrous innovation, as well as green technology evaluation and innovation management.

Strategic Management

Facing the strategic needs of the national JMRH (Joint Military-Civil Research and Development) in-depth development, we will conduct in-depth research on the innovation of JMRH development systems and mechanisms, the collaborative innovation system and element integration of military and civilian technology, as well as the evaluation theories and methods of JMRH. Centered around the sustainable development of strategic emerging industries, we will carry out research on the evolution and development strategies of high-tech enterprises, the innovation of business models in high-end equipment manufacturing, and the dual innovation and strategic choices of enterprises. Serving the national "dual carbon" strategy of "reaching carbon peak by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060", we will deeply study the strategic formulation and implementation paths for enterprises' low-carbon transformation and high-quality development.

Management

The primary focus is on marketing strategies, relationship marketing, supply chain relationship management in the B2B sector, as well as consumer behavior decision-making and multi-agent behavior in the B2C domain. By integrating the digital economy and a deep internationalization context, we explore inter-organizational relationship marketing strategies in emerging platform business models of the B2B market and online consumer behavior in the digital environment. We aim to uncover the key factors and their mechanisms of action that influence channels, supply chains, and corporate performance in the global market, as well as the mechanisms of consumer search behavior, green consumption behavior, and the role of social commerce analysis techniques.
