In order to help students better understand professional knowledge, Teacher Li provides academic guidance and assistance through peer teaching. Teacher Li always believes that innovation and entrepreneurship are effective ways for college students to improve their overall quality and achieve comprehensive development. In the past two years, the School of Management has made significant improvements in both the number of participants and the quantity and quality of awards in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions. 在线下，李老师平均每周至少进一次宿舍，热心参与学生的各种活动，向学生传递支持和鼓励。他尽心关心爱护学生，陪伴生病学生在医院度过若干个夜晚，成为学生最重要的可信赖的依靠；他积极参与“三航杯”足球赛、晨跑等，身体力行，贴近与学生的交流，用实际行动做好带动引领。

完整经历过一年新生辅导员工作后，在2019年7月至10月间，李老师听从学院安排，还兼任了2019级本科生年级辅导员。同时带领两个年级很不容易，但李老师依然在辅导员岗出色地完成了迎新工作。

求真务实，学工科研两手抓
