On the morning of March 22nd, the 2024 graduate graduation symposium of the School of Management was held in Conference Room 212 of the school. The Dean of the School of Management, Che Ada, the Secretary of the Party Committee, Zhang Shuang, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Wang Haixiao, the department heads of each department, Zhang Yali, Xue Jianwu, Hong Zhaofu, Chang Yu, graduate counselors Gong Mijia, Yuan Yuan, Gong Xue, graduate teaching secretary Niu Jiale, and 10 graduate representatives gathered together to witness the growth and harvest through the symposium. The meeting was presided over by Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Wang Haixiao.

At the meeting, Zhang Shuang read out the "Decision on Appointing Alumni Liaisons for the 2024 Master's Graduates of the Management School". Zhang Shuang and Che Ada jointly presented appointment letters and graduation souvenirs to the four alumni liaisons.

博士毕业生雷洁玉、硕士毕业生刘才宏作为毕业生代表分别总结了自身成长，并对学院未来发展提出了意见和建议。随后，来自各专业的10名毕业生代表畅所欲言，总结了在校学习期间的感悟与收获，深情表达了对母校和老师的感激、对同学朋友的不舍、对自己未来发展的展望。此外，毕业生代表们还就学院文化建设、硬件设施提升、学生发展规划、学生成长关怀等方面提出了具有建设性的建议。参会人员认真记录了毕业生们的意见和建议，对部分问题及时进行了回应，并依次为毕业生们送上了诚挚的祝福。

Doctoral graduate Lei Jieyu and master's graduate Liu Caihong, as representatives of the graduates, respectively summarized their personal growth and put forward opinions and suggestions for the future development of the college. Subsequently, 10 graduate representatives from various majors freely expressed their thoughts, summarizing their insights and gains during their studies at the college, and expressing their deep gratitude to their alma mater and teachers, their reluctance to part with classmates and friends, and their outlook on future development. In addition, the graduate representatives also put forward constructive suggestions on aspects such as college cultural construction, hardware facility improvement, student development planning, and student growth care. The participants carefully recorded the opinions and suggestions of the graduates, responded promptly to some questions, and sent sincere blessings to the graduates in turn.

The graduates of the class of 2024 are about to leave their alma mater, set sail, and embark on a new stage of life. I wish all graduates to nurture their dreams with time and sweat, harvest hope with patience and persistence, and contribute greater strength to the construction of a strong country and the rejuvenation of the nation on their future journeys!
