To further improve the explanation of the job posting policy and gather opinions and suggestions from teachers, the 25th Qinghe Salon event and job posting policy exchange meeting was held on the afternoon of July 5th in the activity room of College Building 120 on the Chang'an Campus. Assistant Dean Li Chenglong presided over the exchange meeting, and more than ten young teachers from the college participated in the event.

At the meeting, all young teachers discussed the basic workload details and position appointment scheme, as well as other documents reported at the faculty meeting, focusing on aspects such as position appointment principles, basic workload assessment, and the transition between the old and new systems. The Human Resources and Talent Office provided on-site answers to questions from the participating teachers. At the end of the exchange meeting, Li Chenglong introduced the workload of public services and encouraged young teachers to actively participate in planning salon theme activities, jointly strengthening the organizational construction of Qinghe Salon activities.

The "Qinghe Salon" of the School of Management is a learning and exchange platform for young teachers in the school, spontaneously organized and established by the backbone young teachers of the school with the care and support of the school's Party Committee. The "Qinghe Salon" will implement the core theme of "keeping the original aspiration, cultivating the soul of a teacher, enhancing teaching ability, and promoting development" through a series of diverse and content-rich themed activities such as teacher ethics and style education, introduction to school conditions and history, scientific research and academic exchanges, teaching experience sharing, and quality and literacy improvement. It aims to promote young teachers to deepen their understanding of teacher ethics and style, guide young teachers to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, cultivate a deep love for the country and school, and nurture noble teacher ethics, and promote continuous improvement in teaching and scientific research abilities. It is also a new form that makes the professional development of young teachers in our school more scientific. The salon activity is named "Qinghe", which means youth, vitality, and hope for young teachers. However, young teachers will inevitably mature in the future, bravely take on their missions, and bear fruitful results.
