1、 Introduction to partner universities
The National University of Singapore (NUS), founded in 1905, is located in the beautiful Lion City of Singapore and is one of the leading world-class universities in Singapore. NUS promotes advanced and high-quality education and research within an international framework, highlighting the Asian perspective and advantages. Ranked 8th in the QS World University Rankings in 2025, it has held the top spot in Asia for seven consecutive years and is at the forefront of higher education in the world. The National University of Singapore Suzhou Institute (hereinafter referred to as "NUS Suzhou Institute") is the first research institute in China operated and managed by a foreign university, which further deepens the cooperation between China and Singapore in the field of science and education.
2、 Project Overview
The 311 training program aims to integrate and innovate the advantageous resources of China and Singapore, and jointly cultivate world-class professional and top-notch innovative talents. The project is aimed at third year students from domestic partner universities, providing them with an all English teaching platform and the authentic curriculum system of NUS, helping them gradually adapt to overseas learning and transition to the academic pace of NUS. After completing the first three years of undergraduate studies at Northwestern Polytechnical University, students can complete a one-year bridging course at the Suzhou Research Institute of New National University in their fourth year. If they meet the graduation and degree granting requirements of Northwestern Polytechnical University after completing their studies, they can obtain a bachelor's degree and undergraduate graduation certificate from Northwestern Polytechnical University.
After obtaining their undergraduate diploma and degree certificate, if they meet the eligibility criteria for admission to the National University of Singapore's master's program, students can study at the National University of Singapore in their fifth year. If they meet the degree granting requirements and conditions of the National University of Singapore upon completion of their studies, they can obtain a master's degree from the university.
3、 Project cost
During the bridging course stage at the National University of Singapore Suzhou Research Institute, students directly pay a fee of 80000 RMB to the institute; Accommodation fee: 2200 RMB per year (collected and paid on behalf of others).
The tuition fees for the master's program at New National University are charged according to the degree, and within the prescribed time limit (minimum one year, maximum two years), regardless of the length of study, the tuition fees required for pursuing a master's degree are fixed. The specific fees are subject to the enrollment hours and the latest information published on the official website of New National University (the tuition fee for new students in 2025 is 55590 Singapore dollars, for reference only). The living expenses are approximately 2000-2500 Singapore dollars per month (depending on individual circumstances, for reference only).
4、 Application requirements
(1) Grade requirement: Third year student in the School of Management
(2) Application major: ISEM major
(3) Application requirements: The weighted average score of the course shall not be less than 82 points, and the interview and other advantages shall be comprehensively considered. Whether to be admitted depends on the admission committee of various majors of New National University, and the admission shall be based on merit.
(4) English: TOEFL score ≥ 85, or IELTS total score ≥ 6.0 (IELTS and TOEFL have no minimum score requirements and do not accept score matching; those who do not have an English score can register in advance and submit their English score later)
Note: According to the requirements on the official website of the School of Design and Engineering at NUS, it is expected to be adjusted to a TOEFL score of ≥ 90 or an IELTS total score of ≥ 6.5
5、 Project application period
The application period for this year's project registration is from January 26, 2026 to March 29, 2026.
6、 Materials required for online application
(1) Color scanned copies of Chinese and English transcripts and professional ranking certificates for the first five semesters (if the transcript does not have a percentage system average score, an additional percentage system average score certificate must be submitted)
(2) IELTS/TOEFL color scanned copy
(3) If there is currently no IELTS/TOEFL, please upload color scanned copies of the CET-4 and CET-6 transcripts

(2) During the registration period, please register an account on the official website of the Suzhou Research Institute of the National University of Singapore to apply: https://application.nusri.cn/NusriEdu/register/registerAccount Apply online.
(3) New National University Su Research Institute contacts students for interviews. After the interview, the admission results and student list will be announced based on the comprehensive evaluation.
