On the morning of March 22, the 2024 Graduate Graduation Symposium of the School of Management was held in Conference Room 212 of the School. Che Ada, Dean of the School of Management, Zhang Shuang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Wang Haixiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, department directors Zhang Yali, Xue Jianwu, Hong Zhaofu, Chang Yu, graduate counselors Gong Mujia, Yuan Yuan, Gong Xue, graduate teaching secretary Niu Jiale, and 10 graduate representatives gathered together to witness growth and achievements at the symposium. The meeting was presided over by Wang Haixiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

At the meeting, Zhang Shuang read out The Decision on Appointing Alumni Liaisons for the 2024 Master’s Graduates of the School of Management. Zhang Shuang and Che Ada jointly issued appointment letters and graduation souvenirs to 4 alumni liaisons.

Lei Jieyu, a doctoral graduate, and Liu Caihong, a master’s graduate, spoke as graduate representatives, summarizing their personal growth and putting forward opinions and suggestions for the future development of the School. Subsequently, 10 graduate representatives from various majors spoke freely, reviewed their insights and gains during their studies, and sincerely expressed their gratitude to their alma mater and teachers, their reluctance to part with classmates and friends, and their expectations for their future development. In addition, the graduate representatives put forward constructive suggestions on the college’s cultural construction, hardware facility improvement, student development planning, and care for student growth. The participants carefully recorded the graduates’ opinions and suggestions, responded to some issues in a timely manner, and extended sincere wishes to the graduates one by one.

Che Ada delivered a concluding speech. He extended his warmest congratulations and sincere best wishes to the graduating students, and put forward three hopes:

First, he hoped that students would carry forward the fine traditions of the university in their future positions, give play to their professional skills and knowledge, “do things right earnestly and do things well attentively”, and make positive contributions to national and social development.

Second, he hoped that students would continue to pay attention to the development of the university and the School, and provide support and assistance within their capacity for the School’s development.

Third, he hoped that students would remain true to their original aspirations, not lose their way, always maintain enthusiasm for learning and enterprise, continuously improve their comprehensive quality, and lay a solid foundation for personal growth and development.

The 2024 graduates are about to leave their alma mater, set sail and start a new chapter of life. May all graduates nurture their dreams with time and sweat, harvest hope with patience and perseverance on their future journey, and contribute more to the building of a strong country and national rejuvenation!
