On the morning of October 31, Wang Zhaoxu, Deputy Secretary of the School of Management, Bai Jie, Assistant to the Dean, Gong Mujia, graduate counselor, representatives of the Graduate Union and student Party branch members visited the headquarters of LONGi Green Energy for a research and exchange symposium. Present at the symposium were Zhou Hao, Employer Brand Manager, Wang Fei, University-Enterprise Cooperation Manager, Zhao Pengcheng, Campus Recruitment Manager, and Duan Lanhui, an outstanding alumna.
The symposium aimed to establish an in-depth cooperative relationship based on university-enterprise cooperation, centered on complementary advantages, and focused on joint training, further enhance the social influence of the School of Management, and enrich students’ internship and scientific research resources.

First, Zhou Hao introduced the corporate culture and business development of LONGi Green Energy, focusing on its achievements and blueprint in corporate history, energy transition, business scope, market position, technological innovation and corporate vision.
At the symposium, Wang Zhaoxu spoke highly of the technological breakthroughs made by LONGi Green Energy in the photovoltaic industry. He briefly introduced the development history, vision and mission, academic atmosphere, disciplinary advantages and student quality of the School of Management. He also conducted in-depth discussions on issues closely related to students, such as how to bridge the final gap between scientific research, teaching, internship and employment, and put forward constructive suggestions for in-depth cooperation in scientific research collaboration and student internship and employment between the two sides.
Bai Jie put forward suggestions on the construction of the university-enterprise cooperation platform, university-enterprise collaboration, talent training, discipline construction and improving the college’s influence. During the discussion, she highlighted the activities and work carried out by the School to enhance students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities.
