At 10:00 a.m. on April 7, 2023, the 2023 Graduate Student Graduation Symposium of the School of Management, Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU) was held as scheduled in Room 212 of the School. Representatives of the 2023 graduating graduate students gathered together to witness growth and harvest through the symposium. Present at the symposium were School leaders Qiao Caiyan, Jia Ming, and Wang Zhaoxu; department heads Zhang Yali, Xue Jianwu, Chang Yu, and Su Kun; counselors Wu Bei, Gong Mujia, and Yuan Yuan; and graduate teaching secretaries Chen Feiran and Niu Jiale. The symposium was presided over by Wang Zhaoxu, Deputy Secretary of the School Party Committee.

Amid a cheerful atmosphere, the symposium officially began. First, Qiao Caiyan, Secretary of the School Party Committee, read out the Decision on Appointing Alumni Liaisons for the 2023 Master's Graduates of the School of Management. Subsequently, School leaders presented appointment letters and graduation souvenirs to the alumni liaisons. The alumni liaisons are intended to serve as a bridge and link for communication between alumni and their alma mater, and to gather the strength of alumni.

Next, Xu Wen, a doctoral graduate, and Li Weihang, a master's graduate, spoke as graduate representatives, respectively summarizing their personal growth and putting forward suggestions for the School of Management. Twenty graduate representatives from various majors of the School spoke freely, summarizing their gains during their studies, expressing their deep gratitude to their alma mater and teachers, their strong reluctance to part with classmates and friends, and their firm confidence in stepping into society. Meanwhile, the graduates put forward specific suggestions for the development and construction of the School from multiple aspects, including hardware facilities, practical needs for student employment, and student care. School leaders listened, took notes, and gave earnest responses. Both School leaders and students expressed their commitment to working together to continuously strive for building a better School of Management.

Finally, Associate Dean Jia Ming delivered a concluding speech and put forward three hopes for the graduates: First, he hoped that after entering society, the students would remain pure and happy, dare to voice their opinions, firmly follow their own paths, and achieve a better version of themselves. Second, he hoped that the students would continue to pay attention to the School, support its development, and offer advice and suggestions for its progress. Third, he hoped that the students would grow and develop together with the School. The School and its alumni will always share a symbiotic, mutually growing, and mutually promoting relationship.

After the symposium, the School presented exquisite graduation gifts to the 2023 master's and doctoral graduates.

With that, the 2023 Graduate Student Graduation Symposium came to a successful conclusion. The 2023 graduates are about to leave their alma mater and set sail. We wish the students to stay true to their original aspirations, keep their missions in mind, nurture their dreams with time and sweat, harvest hope with patience and perseverance, and also wish the School of Management vigorous development!
