Recently, the People's Government of Shaanxi Province issued a circular commending the achievements of the 16th Shaanxi Provincial Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences. Seven achievements from the School of Management received awards, including 3 first-class awards (paper category) and 4 third-class awards (1 monograph category and 3 paper categories). In recent years, the School has formulated effective and robust incentive mechanisms, encouraging faculty members to adhere to the "Four Upholds", strengthen interdisciplinary integration, and produce a series of high-quality and landmark research achievements. Going forward, the School will continue to focus on the major strategic needs of the country, intensify organized scientific research, strengthen research on major theoretical and practical issues, and contribute wisdom and strength to implementing the university’s "127" development goals and advancing the high-quality development of both the School and the university.
