Recently, the People's Government of Shaanxi Province issued the Decision on the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Awards for 2023. In accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Awards, the awarded achievements were announced after review by the respective professional evaluation panels of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Awards, validation by the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award Committee, and deliberation at the executive meeting of the provincial government. The project "Research on the Systems, Mechanisms and Policies of Military-Civilian Collaborative Innovation", led by Professor Tian Qingfeng from the School of Management, won the Second-Class Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.

A total of awards were conferred in the 2023 Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Awards, including 3 recipients of the Shaanxi Provincial Top Science and Technology Award, 1 recipient of the Qin Chuang Yuan Outstanding Contribution Award for Innovation-Driven Development, 3 recipients of the Qin Chuang Yuan Contribution Award for Innovation-Driven Development, 2 recipients of the International Science and Technology Cooperation Award, 70 first-class awards, 120 second-class awards and 110 third-class awards.
