On September 24th, at the invitation of the School of Management, Academician Ma Qingguo from Zhejiang University held a sharing session on the theme of "Reflections on Management Research" in Room 214 of the School of Management. This lecture is hosted by Associate Professor Wang Juan and attended by teachers and students from the School of Management.
At the beginning of the meeting, Associate Professor Wang Juan gave a brief introduction to the scientific research achievements and academic contributions of Academician Ma Qingguo. The faculty and students of the School of Management warmly welcomed the arrival of Academician Ma Qingguo.

Academician Ma Qingguo shared four profound insights based on his rich research experience in the field of management: the confusion between management theory and practice, the need for power support in the application of management research results, research methods in the securities market, and the fun design of classroom teaching. Academician Ma combines his own experience to narrate abstract topics in a captivating manner.
In the interactive communication session, the attending teachers and students actively asked questions about Academician Ma's sharing content and the difficulties they encountered in practice. Academician Ma patiently answered and further elaborated on his personal opinions and research experience. Finally, Associate Professor Wang Juan provided a brief summary of the sharing session. The attendees expressed that they had gained a lot and benefited greatly.

Ma Qingguo, Academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, Fellow of the Asia Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA), Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. Founder of the Neuromanagement Laboratory at Zhejiang University. The current Chairman of the Neuroeconomic Management Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Technical Economics. Formerly served as Executive Vice Chairman of the Chinese Society of Management Science and Engineering, Leader of the National Key Discipline of Management Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University (also serving as Leader of the Information Technology and Management Direction), Member of the Management Science Discipline Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, Member of the Management Engineering Guidance Committee of the Ministry of Education, Member of the Expert Group for the Demonstration of the Three Gorges Project of the Yangtze River in China, Judge of the Management Science Group for the Major Talent Project of the Ministry of Education, Chairman of the Preparatory Committee of the China Value Engineering Association, and Judge of the Management Science and Engineering Group for the Postdoctoral Research Station of the Ministry of Personnel. In recent years, he has mainly engaged in cutting-edge research in emerging interdisciplinary fields such as neural management, neural industrial engineering/neural engineering management, and is one of the earliest scholars in the world to propose neural management. I have presided over multiple national and provincial key research projects, won more than 10 awards at or above the provincial and ministerial level, and received one second prize for national teaching achievements. I have published over 100 papers in SSCI and SCI international journals, as well as more than ten papers in authoritative domestic journals. I have been selected as a "Chinese Highly Cited Scholar" by Elsevier for five consecutive years (2020-2024).
