To further implement the deployment of the 14th Party Congress of the university, continuously advance the "Three Ones" practical education initiative, and cultivate top innovative "chief engineer-oriented" talents, from April 26 to 27, a team led by Zhang Shuang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Management, and Wang Haixiao, Deputy Secretary, organized 40 student Party members and development targets to carry out practical research in Hanzhong. The activity aimed to educate and guide students to draw strength for progress from reflecting on history and strengthen their ideals and convictions by inheriting the revolutionary legacy.
In Guluba Village, Chenggu County, students gathered around the monument inscribed with "National Northwest Institute of Technology" by Mr. Shi Changxu, listening to teachers from the Chenggu County Museum recount the arduous history of the institute's operation in Guluba. Deeply moved by the vivid scene of "long nights on the dam, seven stars of light," the students profoundly felt the patriotic dedication of predecessors in striving to save the nation during times of crisis and their thirst for scientific knowledge, further deepening their understanding of the university's mission of "cultivating talents for the Party and forging heavy weapons for the country."

The Sichuan-Shaanxi Revolutionary Base was one of the important revolutionary bases established by the Communist Party of China during the Agrarian Revolutionary War, witnessing the heroic struggles and selfless dedication of countless revolutionary predecessors. Inside the memorial hall, precious historical photos and weathered revolutionary cultural relics vividly recreated the founding, development, and arduous struggles of the base. Detailed explanations by guides transported students back to that magnificent revolutionary era, allowing them to deeply appreciate the indomitable fighting spirit and firm pursuit of ideals by revolutionary predecessors in harsh conditions.

At the He Tingying Martyrs' Memorial Square, students bowed in silent tribute and presented flower baskets to the martyrs with reverence, then renewed their oath of joining the Party. The solemn oath echoed across the square, inspiring every student to remember their original aspiration and bravely shoulder their mission. The group also celebrated the political birthday of student Jiang Liping, deepening their understanding of the responsibilities and duties of Party members amid the atmosphere of commemorating revolutionary martyrs.

At the Hanzhong Museum, students followed in the footsteps of General Secretary Xi Jinping to perceive the roots of culture, the power of civilization, and the foundation of cultural heritage. Ancient buildings such as the Wangjiang Tower and Stone Drum Pavilion in the museum are simple and elegant, bearing the traces of time. Exhibition halls featuring "Thirteen Treasures of Shimen" and "Baoxie Ancient Plank Road" attracted students' attention with their unique historical value and cultural charm. During the visit, students deeply felt the profoundness of excellent traditional Chinese culture and gained a deeper understanding of the concept of building a culturally strong nation.

At AVIC Shaanxi Aircraft Corporation (AVIC SAIC), students visited the Third-Line Culture Theme Park. Fu Liangliang, Deputy Director of the Party Building and Publicity Department, vividly narrated the company's development history and stories behind old photos, the Y-8 production line, and the Zhihua Baochang Park, helping students gain an in-depth understanding of China's aviation industry development and delivering a vivid ideological and political lesson. Liao Wen, Director of the Human Resources Department, had in-depth exchanges with teachers and students on the company's talent recruitment policies and talent needs, encouraging students to master professional knowledge and join AVIC SAIC to contribute to the development of China's aviation industry.
This educational practice is an important measure for the School of Management to strengthen students' ideal and conviction education. Through this activity, students thoroughly studied the history of the Party and the university, received the baptism of the spirit of serving the country through aviation, further strengthened their ideals and convictions, and enhanced their sense of responsibility and mission. In the future, they will devote themselves to study and work with greater enthusiasm and high morale, contributing youthful strength to national development and national rejuvenation.
