This has charted the course for the development of our education sector and put forward new requirements for university teachers. The School of Management places morality education and talent cultivation at the forefront of its development, fully advances the building of a teaching team in the new era, and strives to improve the quality of talent training. Thanks to the organized cultivation of the school, batches of outstanding teachers have emerged continuously.
At the Commendation for Outstanding Teachers in the 2022 - 2023 academic year, Teacher Chen Lin was awarded the "Advanced Individual in Ten Types of Education" (Education through Courses); Teacher Wang Yinghui won the "Advanced Individual in Ten Types of Education" (Education through Practice); Teacher Zhang Yali was named the "Most Satisfactory Teacher among Postgraduates"; Teacher Yang Naiding was honored as the "Outstanding Supervisor in Postgraduate Education"; Teacher Liu Lihua was recognized as the "Most Satisfactory Teacher among Undergraduates"; Teacher Zhou Chenghao claimed the First Prize of the "Outstanding Young Teacher (Wu Yajun Award)"; Teacher Gao Weiwei was titled the "Outstanding Class Teacher"; and Teacher Nayi Li was awarded the "Advanced Individual in the 'Going to the Countryside' Social Practice Activity". I. Chen Lin
Vice Dean of the School of Management, Professor of the Department of Accounting, and Doctoral Supervisor. She was awarded the "Advanced Individual in Ten Types of Education" (Education through Courses) of Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2022.
Ms. Chen Lin actively engages in educational and teaching research. She enhances her theoretical level through thematic learning, improves her teaching quality by passing on experience, deepens the depth of teaching via scientific research, and elevates the standing of teaching through social services. She has improved her professional competence and theoretical acumen by participating in training programs on ideological and political education in courses and teaching capacity enhancement. By adopting the model of "mentoring, assisting, and guiding", she leverages the rich teaching experience and life insights of senior teachers in the team to strengthen the inheritance of experience and boost teaching standards. She strengthens scientific research, integrates cutting-edge accounting knowledge into classroom teaching, and gives full play to the positive role of promoting teaching through scientific research. Besides, she has raised the standing of her teaching by undertaking important responsibilities in the development of accounting disciplines nationwide and providing social services. Over the past three years, she has presided over 4 provincial and ministerial-level teaching reform projects and 1 provincial first-class course, and won the first prize of the University's Excellent Teaching Achievement Award. Her courses over the past two semesters have received an average favorable score of 98.11. She has guided students in the Shaanxi College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program as well as national, provincial and ministerial-level academic competitions, securing numerous major awards.
II. Wang Yinghui
Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing and Master's Supervisor. She was awarded the "Advanced Individual in Ten Types of Education" (Education through Practice) of Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2022.
For many years, Ms. Wang Yinghui has been committed to cultivating students' innovative and entrepreneurial spirit as well as their comprehensive entrepreneurial capabilities. She carries out multi-level practical education activities featuring a three-in-one model of teaching practice, entrepreneurial practice and social practice, providing abundant application scenarios for teaching practice. As an instructor at the "Innovation and Practice Base for Cultivating Future Leading Entrepreneurial Talents", she guides more than 20 various college student innovation and entrepreneurship projects every year. She organizes interdisciplinary student teams and promotes learning through competitions. Over the past three years, she has led teams in summer social practice activities. She guides students to internalize correct outlooks on life, the world and values into the motivation for self-management, which has enhanced their abilities in innovative cooperation, hands-on practice and solving practical problems. Meanwhile, she helps students step into society, understand the national conditions and people's livelihood, and strengthen their consciousness and sense of responsibility to serve the people and contribute to the country.
III. Yang Naiding
Professor of the Department of Management Science and Engineering and Doctoral Supervisor. He was honored as the "Outstanding Supervisor in Postgraduate Education" of Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2022.
Mr. Yang Naiding has served as a Master's Supervisor since 1995 and a Doctoral Supervisor since 2001. Up to now, he has supervised over 100 graduated doctoral and master's students, with more than 20 currently pursuing their degrees under his guidance. He cultivated the university's first doctoral graduate in management, supervised the university's first provincial-level excellent doctoral dissertation in management and the first university-level excellent doctoral dissertation in management. Additionally, he has guided 3 other university-level excellent doctoral dissertations and many excellent master's dissertations, and also nurtured the university's first foreign doctoral graduate. Many of his students have won awards such as the National Scholarship and the title of Outstanding Graduate during their studies. After graduation, his postgraduate students have entered institutions of higher education, government departments, and various enterprises and public institutions. IV. Zhang Yali
Professor of the Department of Management Science and Engineering and Doctoral Supervisor. She was named the "Most Satisfactory Teacher among Postgraduates" of Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2022.
Ms. Zhang Yali loves teaching and has been firmly dedicated to the teaching platform. She explores the academic value and inherent humanistic care of courses and devotes herself to case development and teaching. Through enterprise research, she compiles real cases reflecting the latest developments in Chinese management. By means of situational simulation and other methods, she guides students to analyze problems from the perspective of managers, enhancing their understanding of national conditions and sense of social responsibility. In the past three years, 4 of the cases she compiled have been rated as the National Top 100 Excellent Management Cases, and another 4 have been selected into the China Management Case Sharing Center. She has presided over 2 university-level teaching reform projects, been recognized for 1 university-level first-class course, and trained 9 university-level outstanding graduate students.
V. Liu Lihua
Associate Professor of the Department of Management Science and Engineering and Master's Supervisor. She was recognized as the "Most Satisfactory Teacher among Undergraduates" of Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2022.
In daily teaching, apart from imparting professional knowledge, Ms. Liu Lihua actively integrates patriotism, the spirit of science, cultural history, the pursuit of truth and pragmatism, professional ethics and other elements into classroom teaching, creating the charm of ideological and political education in courses beyond mere knowledge transmission. She adopts diverse teaching methods such as case analysis, experiments, group discussions and presentations, group debates and opinion statements, and situational setting to stimulate students' interest and ability in learning, thinking, comprehending and practicing. In recent years, the course "Project Management" taught by her has been listed as one of the first batch of national first-class undergraduate courses. Her project "The Construction and Practice of a Professional and Systematic Series of Textbooks for Project Management" has won the second prize of the Shaanxi Provincial Higher Education Achievement Award.
VI. Zhou Chenghao
Professor of the Department of Management Science and Engineering and Doctoral Supervisor. He won the First Prize of the "Outstanding Young Teacher (Wu Yajun Award)" of Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2022.

These have always been the focus of Mr. Zhou Chenghao. In teaching, he is not confined to traditional classroom teaching. He conducts solid scientific research, explores the balance between cutting-edge technology and practical needs, and focuses on national strategies while closely centering on the demands of the country and enterprises. His achievements have been highly praised by enterprises and attracted attention from international industry media. He was awarded the title of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology New Star in 2022. VII. Gao Weiwei
Assistant Professor of the Department of Accounting and Homeroom Teacher of Class 12041803 in the School of Management. He was titled the "Outstanding Class Teacher" of Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2022.
Adhering to the work philosophy that morality education is the foundation and serving students is the core, Mr. Gao Weiwei actively explores the interactive model of "all-round, whole-process and all-staff education". He enthusiastically encourages students to take on social responsibilities and participate in voluntary teaching activities. The establishment of internal class scholarships, the surprise mooncakes on the Mid-Autumn Festival, the warm milk tea prepared for students upon graduation, and the regular class dinners have filled the whole class with warmth. The student branch of his class was selected as one of the first batch of "Model Branches in Shaanxi Province", and the class has been rated as an "Advanced Class Collective" of the university for three consecutive years.
VIII. Nayi Li
Undergraduate Counselor of the School of Management. He was awarded the "Advanced Individual in the 'Going to the Countryside' Social Practice Activity".
As an instructor for social practice, combining the professional characteristics of the school, Mr. Nayi Li has planned and organized the "Sunshine Project - Pomegranate Seed" Social Practice Activity. He has effectively implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on education and his important instructions on language work, responding to the call of the "Going to the Countryside" campaign. Leading the student volunteers of the Sunshine Project, he has encouraged them to apply their learned knowledge to serve rural areas in the western region and use the power of young people to promote rural revitalization and ethnic unity. This activity has enhanced the sense of social responsibility and national sentiment of contemporary college students, and played an important role in promoting the construction of the Sunshine Project's teaching support system.
