Since staying at the school to work in 1995, Teacher Zhang Yali has been in the teaching position for 26 years. She has never forgotten her original intention, always adhering to the three foot podium and continuously improving her teaching methods. Teacher Zhang is skilled at skillfully combining rigorous and dry theoretical knowledge with vivid and relevant cases, providing students with easy to understand answers and explanations. His lectures on courses such as "Management Communication" and "Organizational Behavior" have received widespread praise from the supervision team and students.

Teacher Zhang believes that serious teaching is the greatest respect for students, and the dedication and reverence for the curriculum are the responsibilities of university teachers. Additionally, three cases have been included in the China Management Case Sharing Center.
