On the afternoon of October 17th, Chen Jianjun, Executive Vice Chairman of the NWPU University Labor Union, and Yang Xiaoyan, Vice Chairman, led a delegation of five people to conduct a special research at the School of Management. Zhang Shuang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Management, Cai Jianfeng, Chairman of the Labor Union, and representatives of young teachers attended the symposium.

During the research period, Chen Jianjun, the chairman of the university union, introduced the purpose of this research, which is to further strengthen the communication and connection between the school union and the university union, jointly explore the mode and path of union work in the new era, and effectively promote the construction and development of school level union organizations. At the meeting, Zhang Shuang, on behalf of SOM, warmly welcomed the Executive Vice Chairman of Jianjun and his delegation, and expressed sincere gratitude to the university union for their guidance, support, and assistance to the school. Cai Jianfeng reported on the normalization of the SOM's faculty representative meeting and the standardization of union work. Subsequently, the attendees conducted in-depth discussions on the functions of labor unions, the construction of the faculty representative assembly system, and the ideological dynamics of faculty and staff

This survey effectively promoted the collaborative interaction between the school and university level labor unions, laying a good foundation for the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the management SOM labor union's work in the next step. The school union will take this survey as an opportunity to continue consolidating union work, actively serving all faculty and staff, and making greater contributions to the high-quality development of the university and school.
