To further improve the efficiency of the School's news and publicity work, the School of Management organized the 6th session of the activity themed "Polishing Professional Skills to Boost Efficiency, Deepening Collaboration to Pool Synergies" on the afternoon of October 23 at the Chang'an Campus. Fu Yi, Business Supervisor of the Converged Media Center of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee, was invited to deliver a special training session on Principles and Skills of Publicity Work. All staff of the School’s administrative offices, core members of the Postgraduate Union and Student Union, and all members of the Student New Media Center attended the session, which was hosted by Zhang Lin, a master’s supervisor.

Combining the university’s achievements in new media development in recent years with practical work cases, Fu Yi gave a systematic explanation from three aspects: the elements and writing principles of news, writing skills for different news genres, and mobile phone photography skills and precautions. The content is both theoretically instructive and practically operable. In response to the characteristics of news communication in the new media era, she also shared the "Eight Key Skills" for headline creation, as well as mobile phone shooting and post-processing tips, providing the participants with a series of practical methods.

This training featured substantial content and vivid cases, which has improved the participants’ abilities in official document writing and publicity planning, and laid a solid foundation for the standardized and professional development of the School’s publicity work in the future. Through this training, it is expected that the School of Management will showcase its good image with higher-quality manuscripts and visual content, and jointly promote the prosperous development of the School’s academic and cultural construction.
