Meng Yanling is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor in the Accounting Department of the School of Management. She started her career in 1997 and joined the School of Management at Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2004. Her main research focuses on the capital market, internal control and auditing. She has participated in a number of national and ministerial/provincial-level fund projects, and presided over several university-level scientific research projects. She has been awarded the title of "Most Satisfactory Teacher" at the university level many times, and has received the university-level Teaching Excellence Award on multiple occasions. She is also the recipient of the university-level title of "Three Educations Advanced Individual". She has presided over one key university-level project of educational and teaching reform, one university-level curriculum development project, and one curriculum ideological and political demonstration project. In addition, she has won the Second Prize of Teaching Achievement Award (Undergraduate) , the Second Prize of Teaching Research Award, the Second Prize of the "Curriculum Ideological and Political Teaching Competition", and the Third Prize of the Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition of Northwestern Polytechnical University.
Liu Sifeng, PhD in Engineering, is currently a Professor at the School of Management, Northwestern Polytechnical University. He serves as President of the International Federation on Grey Systems and Uncertainty Analysis, Editor-in-Chief of two international SCI journals on grey systems, and Editor-in-Chief of the Grey Systems Series in both Chinese (published by Science Press) and English (published by Springer-Nature). He has been selected as a National Leading Talent and a Senior Fellow of the European Union's Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions International Scholar Scheme, and is a senior expert with central government contact. He has been honored with titles including National Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker, National Excellent Teacher, National Advanced Individual for Returned Overseas Scholars, Expert Enjoying Special Government Allowances, National Young and Middle-Aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions, and Distinguished Teacher of the National Ten-Thousand Talents Program. In 2017, he was named one of the top 10 "promising scientists" among scholars of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, which represents the highest evaluation bestowed upon a Chinese scholar since the launch of the scheme in 1986.
Zhou Chenghao is a Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Management, Northwestern Polytechnical University. He is also a Shaanxi Young Science and Technology Star and the leader of a Young Innovation Team in Shaanxi Universities. He is committed to the theoretical and applied research on the operational optimization of complex transportation and logistics systems, and extensively applies methods such as intelligent optimization, artificial intelligence and system simulation. As the first or corresponding author, he has published more than 20 academic papers in high-level journals at home and abroad, including 3 papers in Transportation Science. He has presided over the Youth Project and General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Key R&D Program of Shaanxi Province, as well as enterprise-commissioned projects, and obtained 3 invention patents and 7 software copyrights. At present, he serves as a member of the Editorial Board of the Asia-Pacific Journal of Operational Research, a specially-appointed expert at the Technology Application and R&D Center of China Eastern Airlines, and holds the positions of standing committee member and committee member in a number of academic organizations.
Dong Xueyan is an Assistant Professor and PhD Supervisor in the Marketing Department of the School of Management. She obtained her PhD from Harbin Institute of Technology in October 2018 and joined the School of Management at Northwestern Polytechnical University in December of the same year. She was sponsored by the China Scholarship Council for a joint PhD training program at the University of British Columbia in Canada. Her main research focuses on social commerce and enterprise digital transformation. She has presided over 2 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 3 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects, and 5 university-level scientific research projects, with her research achievements winning provincial, ministerial and departmental awards. She has also led 1 key university-level research project on educational and teaching reform. The teaching cases she compiled have been repeatedly awarded the "National Top 100 Excellent Management Cases". She has received numerous honors including the Special Prize and the Second Prize of the Undergraduate Teaching Achievement Award, the First Prize of the Outstanding Young Teacher Award (Wu Yajun Award), the Excellent Newcomer Award for Undergraduate Teaching, and the Third Prize of the Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition at Northwestern Polytechnical University. In addition, she has twice been named an Excellent Supervisor for Undergraduate Graduation Theses, and has also won titles such as Excellent Academic Supervisor for Undergraduate Students of the university and Excellent Homeroom Teacher of the School of Management.
Zhang Ying is a Tenured Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Management, Northwestern Polytechnical University. She joined the School of Management in December 2018 and was selected for the university's Soaring Star Talent Support Program in 2022. Currently, she serves as a Council Member of the Professional Committee on Management Thought and Business Ethics under the China Association for Management Modernization, a Member of the Research Center for High-Quality Development of Enterprises in the New Era, and an Editorial Board Member of the international journal Business Strategy and the Environment. Her main research focuses on corporate social responsibility/ESG and corporate internationalization strategy. She has presided over 2 national-level scientific research projects, 3 provincial and ministerial-level projects and 4 university-level projects, and participated in a number of major national-level research projects. She has won 1 First Prize and 2 Third Prizes of the Shaanxi Provincial Excellent Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences. She has published more than 20 papers in top SSCI journals of management such as Management and Organization Review and International Journal of Human Resource Management as well as at premier academic conferences, and has compiled 2 textbooks. She has been awarded the Special Prize of the University's Outstanding Young Teacher Award (Wu Yajun Award) and the title of Excellent Homeroom Teacher of the School. She has guided students to participate in academic competitions and won 6 awards at the national and provincial-ministerial levels.
